Prizes are awarded  in the

DAIRY,  BEEF,  CADE  LAMBS and  SHEEP SHEARING  Classes.

There is also the YOUNG FARMERS TENT COMPETITIONS with a wide range of classes e.g. Cooking, carving with wood, photographs etc.

 

NEW MEMBERS AGED BETWEEN 10 AND 26 ARE ALWAYS WELCOME.

· Make and decorate a gingerbread man  - Size between 6” and 8”

 

· Make a Champagne bottle and glass  using any recyclable material  -  suitable for presentation to the President’s wife

 

· A sheep trough made out of any material  -  max size 6 feet.

 

· A centre piece suitable for a harvest table -  max size 10” high

 

· A poster to advertise the Harvest Auction  -  size A4

 

· Make a mask suitable for a masquerade ball  -  any materials

· Decorate a gingerbread man (the gingerbread man can be purchased)

The theme this year is ‘TIME OUT’
